Most recently, he built a company from a patent pending idea to a market cap of $200 million in just 18 months, with products now available at Home Depot, Target, VIP, National Auto Parts, Fred Meyer, Trader Horns, The Andersons, Biggs, Bennett Auto, Frank’s Auto Supermarket, Amazon.com, participating ACE and True Value Hardware stores, and other mass retailers.

Mat is the mastermind behind the science of the product. At the same time, he plays a strong leadership role in growing the company. The company is built around Mat’s vision for Monster Diesel™.

Lou Petrucci

Vice President of Sales & Marketing

With over 25 years of comprehensive experience in sales and marketing, Lou has extensive experience in profitably driving sales growth with large customers that include Home Depot, Lowe’s, Wal-Mart, and Target. Lou spent a large portion of his career with Black & Decker, where he was involved in creating and executing several new divisions, as well as launching new products and brands to some of America’s largest retailers. He played integral part of the successful new product launches of Dewalt Compact Power, Black & Decker Power Tool Accessories, Black & Decker Outdoor Products, and the Black & Decker Snakelight.

Lou’s background and experience provide proven success in identifying, developing, and closing critical opportunities that consistently deliver measurable results. Under his leadership, Monster DieselTM has quickly become an international company, expanding into multiple foreign markets in the past year alone.

 

Christina M. Angel

National Sales & Marketing Manager

Christina brings extensive Sales, Marketing and Customer relations experience to Monster Diesel. She began her professional career in the medical field but soon realized sales is her passion. She quickly rose to become one of the top performing sales people in a Fortune 500 company where she was responsible for sales of a high volume, skin care product line. Her responsibilities included field sales, marketing, merchandising, customer service, training, and inventory management. Christina's background includes training in engine repair and maintenance. She also brings expertise in web design, marketing communications and trade show management to Monster Diesel.

Christina is responsible for the orchestration of marketing strategy and sales efforts at Monster Diesel. She heads the company’s sales division and coordinates all marketing materials, trade shows, and promotional activities. Christina has driven sales and strengthened the Monster Diesel™ brand. The company has seen extensive growth in sales revenue during her time there.
